Within Schengen: carry a Schengen Article 75 certificate (issued by your home country's opium agency) for any controlled drug. From outside Schengen: BfArM authorisation required. Non-controlled Rx drugs need a prescription and original packaging. Maximum 30-day supply recommended without additional documentation.
